Access needs training: user research
This workshop shows user researchers how to include people with access needs in their research.
What you’ll learn
The session will include:
- resources and methods for recruiting people with access needs
- conducting research with people with different types of access needs
- communicating with deaf people
Who can attend
Contractor or civil servant user researchers working in Home Office, Digital, Data and Technology.
How to prepare
You’ll need to be familiar with the Digital Service Standard.

We run workshops when there are enough people to attend.
