Introduction to content design
A content designer will talk about the work of content designers in government and how they work with other professions in multidisciplinary teams.
What you’ll learn
The session covers:
- user needs
- minimum viable content
- how people read online
- the importance of style and structure
- writing content for transactional services
There’ll also be a short exercise and a question and answer session.

Home Office contractors and civil servants.
