This workshop will help you apply performance analytics to your service, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
You should have a workshop at each stage of development.

- create a performance framework
- make sure decisions are based on evidence
- use analytics (especially digital analytics) to build and improve services for users
- choose appropriate analytics technology and tools
- implement digital analytics tools

Contractors or civil servants working in Home Office Digital, Data and Technology.
It’s important that all key members of the team are involved.

- why the service exists
- what your data sources are
