Recruit user research participants

Get help with planning and finding people for research and usability testing.

Research Services will work with you to create a tailored recruitment plan based on user needs.

We can:

  • recommended recruitment routes to make sure you’re testing your service with the right users
  • provide lists of potential research participants
  • help you source new participants
  • use internal access needs panels to provide contacts for recruitment
  • give advice on using external suppliers

Recruiting participants using external agencies can take up to 8 weeks or 4 weeks if using in-house teams. Contacts for recruitment can be supplied within 2 weeks.
