Recruit user research participants
Get help with planning and finding people for research and usability testing.
Research Services will work with you to create a tailored recruitment plan based on user needs.
We can:
- recommended recruitment routes to make sure you’re testing your service with the right users
- provide lists of potential research participants
- help you source new participants
- use internal access needs panels to provide contacts for recruitment
- give advice on using external suppliers
Recruiting participants using external agencies can take up to 8 weeks or 4 weeks if using in-house teams. Contacts for recruitment can be supplied within 2 weeks.
