- Investigate needs around admin users making changes to PPLs on behalf of PPL holders without their knowledge or permission - user research
- Designs for managing inspectors task load - design
- Specifying in ASRU task list which named roles are being added/removed to make it easier to see what’s urgent - design
- Public release of ROPs submission for 2021 returns - working software
- Adding PEL holder/admin user endorsement step to changes in PPL holder - working software
