What’s Blocking us / Issues
- A significant risk has been added to the risk backlog (see below) relating to the roll-out of Windows 10 laptops to Inspectors.
Just Done
- Tour of University Laboratory (and shadowing of inspection) arranged and conducted with team members
- User research conducted with licensing staff and inspectors
- Developed personas for users of the system (Establishment User, Licensing Officer, Inspector)
About to Do/Doing
- Developing a “Day in the Life of an Inspector” to further understand inspector needs
- Completion of service map
- Begin to understand user needs for approval and amendments for PEL and PIL
- Create and agree a backlog of User Stories for Private Beta
Things to be aware of
- We are scheduling meetings with three representatives of the UK Bioscience coalition who have expressed an interest in our work and would like an opportunity to provide feedback
- We will continue to test prototypes with inspectors
