What is Blocking Us / Issues
- Three team members still have issues gaining access to Lunar House (3rd week of reporting)
Just Done
- Two user studies days completed in London at the Crick institute and at Kings
- Protype “Hello world” deployment to development https://dev.notprod.asl.homeoffice.gov.uk/ - this might not sound like much, but it’s a big step forward
- Review outputs of all four workshops that we’ve undertaken in preparation for story writing workshop on Tuesday
- Study designed to capture baselines for project KPIs
- Risks identified for project (see link below)
- Project issue tracking moved to Jira
About to Do/Doing
- Story writing workshop on Tuesday 23rd January to identify candidate stories for next phase of work
- Communication of user study findings back to participants
Things to be aware of
- Terry Ma, interaction designer, starts work with the team next week - Monday 22nd January
- We are considering what should now go in the SOW for the second phase
