What’s Blocking us / Issues
- Access to data continues to be the biggest issue. We are working to gain authority to operate with the data, which is the next step in the process.
Just Done
- Tested amendment prototype with 7 users from 6 external establishments
- Completed “A Day in the life of a licensing officer”
- Delivered amendment journey, first pass as working software for establishment users
- Delivered projects list view for both internal an external users
- Designed prototype amendment and inbox for testing with external users
About to Do/Doing
- Further user research with inspectors
- Design inbox and update amendments journeys (all views)
- Develop working software for changing the details of a room and removing a room from licensed premises
Things to be aware of
- We have a meeting with around 40 establishment users/administrators on June 28th

Sprint Planning

Our Goals for the Sprint are:
- Develop working software for add/remove room from external users
- Design iterations of inbox and amendment journeys for all views
- User research with inspectors for add a room as part of amending an establishment licence
- Prepare for meeting with establishment users on 28th June
