1)We successfully completed a deep dive into why sometimes there are issues in Project Licence transfer between establishments 2)We provided standardised authorisations content for rehoming and setting free in protocols ‘fate of animals’. 3)We updated a lot of outdated ASPeL internal technology to improve overall performance. 4)We inserted a link into the PEL to guides that we provided on gov.uk, to help those nominating Named People in establishments.

WE will;
1) Plan user research to understand the pain points of our users in the protocols session of the PPL
2) Continue and conclude the work on improving the issues with change highlighting in the protocols and steps
3) Continue improving Named Person nominations for establishments
5) Continue to improve the PPL user experience
6) Enable active licence data on specific dates to help users retrieve performance data whenever required
7) Respond to urgent user reported bugs and try to fix them where possible.

1) All outstanding change highlighting errors within ASPeL such as ‘changed flag displayed when no change has been made’, or flag not showing when comments have been added and all outstanding ROP related issues recently logged with us.
