Sprint 18 - Mid Sprint
What’s Blocking us / Issues
- We are still working to gain authority to operate for data migration from the existing system (first reported 19/09/2018)
Just Done
- Initial visual designs for PPL application based on content designs. Designs played back to inspectors
- Developed working software add/remove procedures for PILs
- Started preparatory work for the alpha service assessment
- Defined our approach for testing the new PPL designs with inspectors and establishments
- Discussed user needs for project licences with four project licence holders that do work on non human primates in Newcastle
About to Do/Doing
- Design iteration of PPL application work in preparation for user research in next sprint
- Developing working software on change log
- PPL user research using new designs with inspectors with HOLCs and PPL Holders

- Meeting next week to review progress with HO Chief Security, Science & Innovation Officer
