Weekly summary
ROPs (returns of procedures) are being submitted by selected PPL holders in the live system. The team will address issues that arise.
Just Done
- Defined scope of PPL reusable components work with ASRU (research and design)
- Set up a session with a HOLC and a PPL holder to gather feedback on the new RoPs process in ASPeL (research and design)
- More analysis of the implementation of steps across projects (design)
- Initial idea generation for possible solutions to develop further (design)
- Work towards allowing an extra level of collaborator permissions on project licences that has had to be re-thought in order to ensure compatibility with permissions for additional establishments
- Response to feedback around ROPs submission by external users (working software)
About to Do/Doing
- Preparing user recruitment approach for testing reusable components (user research)
- Developing potential solutions to take into user testing (design)
- Improvements to performance and responsiveness of aggregated licence fee data within ASRU (working software)
- Continued response to feedback from ROPs submissions (working software)
