Completed this Sprint
1) We completed further journeys on matching candidates to Named Roles in establishments 2) We finally reconciled a PIL holder with her licence which was hung in a ‘pending’ and unmergeable status for some time. 3) We added the licence fees information to ASPeL for this current financial year 25/26. 4) We removed information from an additional location on protocols for a user where it was wrongly displayed. 5) We upgraded almost all the expired components within ASPeL to make it much more efficient for development work 6) Our Design team completed designs for previewing standard protocols in project licence applications 7) We fixed the erros on the establishment fees page when PIL start date is invalid. 8) Our UCD team have completed updates to the gov.uk page meant to enhance its performance.

WE will;
1) Continue to work on all outstanding change highlighting issues as a very high priority 2) Complete work on mandatory training for Named Persons’ nominations, moving to the NVS role. 3) Complete further work on ASPeL to improve the time taken for deployments on ASPeL. 4) Complete RoP data corrections on PPL transfer between establishments. 5) Finalise the user research report on standard protocols. 6) Prepare usability testing on the standard protocols design concept

Work in progress
1) All outstanding change highlighting errors within ASPeL such as ‘changed flag displayed when no change has been made’, or flag not showing when comments have been added and all outstanding ROP related issues recently logged with us are continuing to be worked on as a high priority. We will update you as soon as resolved.
