Completed Sprint 167(Vampire crab)

Sprint Completion(A total of 17 issues were completed out of 31 brought into the Sprint. A further 8 bugs were completed on the support board.).

1) 10 additional tickets were completed to progress the named persons’ work, the completion is now at 90%. 2) 4 CAT E PIL tickets were completed, this brings the completion of the work on this feature to 50% 3) We updated the yearly licence fees for 26/27 financial year on ASPeL 4) 1 tech debt ticket to improve the database was implemented 5) We completed pending accessibility compliance issues on ASPeL
