- We attended the ASPeL governance meeting reporting on progress against the statement of work with the product manager and service owner.

- GDPR housekeeping - user research
- Planned approach for testing the RoPS user journeys with ASRU users and the stats team - user research
- Presented the Animals in Science case study to the Deputy Director of Research and Design at the Home Office. Feedback is that it is an excellent case study of a service that has been developed following a user centric design approach that other teams can learn from.
- Resolved outstanding issues with removing permissions for users who hold projects with additional availability - working software
- Alpha release of full content search on PPLs - working software
- Fixed display of additional availability on projects once it has been removed - working software
About to Do/Doing
- Prototyping the RoPs user journeys for ASRU and the stats team users - design
- Scheduling sessions with ASRU users and the stats team - user research
- Creating a feedback survey for external users to help us benchmark the current RoPs experience - user research
