Future research and recruitment
Thank you for your continued involvement in user research – your participation is integral to understanding the user experience on ASPeL. The research on the Named Persons journey continues.
Please note that the link to the Roadmap is no longer available here.
Completed Sprint 145 (Zebu)
Fun facts about Zebu: Zebus are in the cattle family but much smaller, they are sacred in India, where they are used only as draft animals, and for producing milk.
Completed this Sprint: 145 (Zebu)
1) We continued designing the journey for other named person roles in ASPeL based on the user research results 2) We completed improvements to the update of financial information by automating the annual reset of billing information 3) We completed usability testing for all Named People roles 4) We started work on improving the security of ASPeL by implementing the first of the Tech debt remediations 5) We started work on standardising accessibility compliance on ASPeL.
Bugs Fixed this Sprint
NO Bugs were fixed this Sprint, however: 1) We continued the work to find fixes for the reusable steps bugs and the missing functionalities that have been causing the unexpected change highlighting.
New Sprint: 146(aye-aye)
Attribution:
Fun facts about aye-aye: The aye-aye is believed to be the world’s weirdest primate. Although being a primate means that it is related to humans, it looks more like a rodent.
Planned for Sprint 146 (aye-aye)
1) Complete adding currently missing links between the NTS and protocols, when users choose to ‘keep animals alive’ at the end of procedures. 2) Continue to onboard additional joiners as they land on team ASPeL 3) Continue the work to further reduce the Tech Debt on ASPeL, this will serve to mitigate security risks on ASPeL 5) Progress the work that will ensure ASPeL is compliant with accessibility standards 6) Apply fixes to outstanding issues reported on reusable steps which has meant that the change highlightings are inconsistent with expectations 7) Start to design the new journey for GA Standard protocols as the first of the planned improvements to project licence applications.
